You deserve someone in your corner.

You’ve been holding it all together for a long time.

What if , for one hour a week, you didn’t have to.

2 ways we can work together

Weekly Coaching (1 hr /week)

I’m your dedicated, strategic partner who's been there — who understands the juggling act of work, kids, aging parents, and a world that doesn't slow down. You'll leave every session with more energy and more perspective than you walked in with. That's my first commitment to you.

1:1 coaching gives you the space to notice what's actually true, what you're carrying that was never yours to carry, and what you might choose differently if exhaustion weren't making the choice for you.

And some days, it's about remembering there's a version of you underneath all the managing, and giving her somewhere to be heard.

Group Workshops

Your team already knows they should communicate better. You know exactly which patterns they fall into, the same conversation landing in the same place every time. The challenge is that the person best positioned to break that pattern is also the person they report to, and that history is exactly what gets in the way of anyone saying the true thing out loud. An outside facilitator buys you what internal training can't: permission, from someone who's actually sat in the room during layoffs, crises, and the moments a team stopped trusting each other.

Some of the workshops often requested:

  • Assertive, not Aggressive

  • Lead like Yourself

  • Say the Hard Things Well

  • Shifting the Team Mindset

  • Rewire the Default Response

This isn’t about adding to your to-do list.

It’s about putting you back on it.

Feel better at the end of every session.

There's a particular kind of tired that comes from holding everything together- work, the people who depend on you, the things you never say out loud because who has time. Most advice tells you to optimize it. I don't think that's the problem. I think the grief of carrying it alone, without anywhere to set it down, is what erodes you.

My work isn't focused on helping you do more. It's to be the person in your corner who won't add to the list, so you can keep showing up, with more clarity and renewed energy.

I coach from iPEC's Core Energy framework: deep listening, honest reflection, and challenging the beliefs and thought patterns that keep you stuck. We ground back into what actually matters to you, and the load itself starts to feel different. That's the work underneath the work.
